Spain - Costa Almeria to Costa Calida

As we had been driving through Spain we saw hundreds of farms where the crops (tomatos mostly) were covered in plastic sheeting. This particular valley was wall to wall plastic! The tomatos were fantastic so obviously it works. I have never tasted nicer tomatos than those we ate in Spain.
